By using the services provided by Way Global ITS DOO Skopje (hereinafter referred to as “GoHost”), you unconditionally agree to all the terms and conditions listed below, which outline your rights, obligations, and limitations.
Registration
When ordering our services, it is your responsibility to provide valid and accurate information (such as name, surname, company/organization name, address, contact phone number, and primary email address). If you need to update this information, contact our team via email. We will create your account immediately after your registration.
If there is any abuse or we need to contact you, the primary email address on file will be used for this purpose. Providing false contact details of any kind may result in termination of your services.
Your personal data is strictly confidential and will not be exchanged, misused, or shared with third parties without authorization, except at the request of relevant authorities such as lawyers, notaries, courts, etc., or as legally required.
Transfer
Our team will make every effort to assist in transferring your site to us. However, transfers are offered as a courtesy and we cannot guarantee availability, feasibility, or the time required for the transfer. We will do our best to provide a smooth migration.
Free transfer services apply within 5 days from your signup. Transfers after this 5-day period will be charged. Please contact us for specific details and pricing.
Free Hosting with Domain Registration/Transfer
A free Linux Micro hosting package is provided with the registration/transfer of a domain in our registrar, available free for the first year. After 365 days, it converts to Linux Micro Plus at a rate of 890 MKD per year (VAT included).
Content
When submitting any data through GoHost services, you are obliged to comply with local, national, and international laws.
Examples of unacceptable content for all hosting and cloud packages include:

Hate speech or discriminatory language on websites or domains

Storing or distributing software that can cause system errors, slow down server performance, or compromise server/user security

Pornographic content that violates legal standards

IRC scripts/bots

Proxy scripts/anonymizers

Pirated software/warez

IP scanners

Bruteforce applications/scripts

Commercial audio streaming

Investment sites (FOREX, e-gold exchanges, pyramid schemes, etc.)

Gambling/lottery sites

Sites promoting illegal activities

Live sports broadcasting or streaming

"Tell a Friend" scripts

GoHost reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate services without prior notice to clients who violate these terms. We also reserve the right to cooperate with government authorities by providing information we hold if it assists in ongoing investigations. In such cases, you agree not to hold GoHost liable, without time limits.
Spam
GoHost prohibits any form of spamming or sending bulk email messages. It is strictly forbidden to send emails containing racist, criminal, threatening, or offensive content. Any detected spamming will result in immediate suspension of the account without prior notice or refund.
Order and Payment Information
All online orders remain in a "pending" status until payment is received. Services are not active until paid. If an order includes only hosting, it can be manually activated by contacting us, especially when no services from other companies (like domain registration, SSL, etc.) are included.
At checkout, you should select a payment method ("Bank" or "Online Payment"). The payment method can also be changed afterward.
Once a service is activated, you are obliged to pay all invoices for that service. There are several types of payments:
One-time:
Requires a single invoice payment upon receiving/ordering the service.
Recurring:
Involves an initial price at the time of order and a recurring fee. These may differ. Services are billed periodically until you notify GoHost to stop them.
Each invoice has a due date. For hosting services, if unpaid for 30 days, services will be automatically suspended. For domains, we do not guarantee the domain will remain yours after the payment due date. Domain registrars typically offer at least a 10-day grace period, but we do not guarantee domain renewal success. If paying by bank for a domain, it is advisable to notify us by opening a new support ticket.
Invoices are generated 30 days before service expiration for services billed for 3 months or more, and 10 days before expiration for monthly services.
Service cancellations must be done via the user portal. A cancellation request triggers an email notification. A support ticket will be opened for you to confirm this process. You should receive an email titled "Service Cancellation with Reference Number X". An administrator will review and begin the cancellation process. If you do not receive this email, please contact us by phone.
Backup and Data Loss
You use our services at your own risk. For Linux users, we perform weekly backups, overwriting the previous backup — meaning only one backup is retained. We do not guarantee against any errors or data loss.
Cancellations and Refunds
GoHost reserves the right to delete, suspend, or restrict user access without notice.
Clients may request a refund only within 7 days if the service is Linux or Windows hosting and was paid online. Service abuse will void eligibility for refunds. No refunds are available for other services.
Resource Usage (Linux & Windows Hosting Only)
You may not:

Continuously exceed limits on CPU, RAM, virtual memory, concurrent connections, or processes. Persistent overuse will require upgrading to a higher plan or service suspension.

Run standalone or unattended processes (e.g., IRCD).

Perform any online indexing (Web Crawling, Google Cache, AdSpy).

Use applications connected to IRC networks.

Run BitTorrent apps, trackers, or clients.
-
Use services for file hosting or peer-to-peer activities (e.g., MegaUpload).

Host game servers.
-
Execute SQL queries longer than 15 seconds.
-
Use HTTPS without necessity, as encryption/decryption consumes significant CPU.

Host game servers.
File Number Limit (Linux & Windows Hosting Only)
Using more than 150,000 files will trigger a warning; failing corrective action may lead to service suspension. No hosting package may exceed 250,000 files.
Money-Back Guarantee
Refunds apply only to Linux and Windows hosting. Clients may request a refund within 7 days if paid online. Service abuse voids eligibility. No refunds are available for other services.
Linux and Windows Hosting
You may not resell hosting if you have a Linux or Windows hosting package. Reselling requires a Reseller package, which we currently do not offer. Clients found reselling will be suspended.
Coupons
Discounts and coupons apply only to new or first-time clients unless stated otherwise. Violations will be reviewed by the sales department and applicable charges will be added to the account. Abuse is not tolerated and may result in account suspension or termination.
General Terms
In the event of disasters such as fires, floods, terrorist attacks, website hacking, etc., where data loss occurs on GoHost servers, GoHost is not liable for lost data. Clients are strongly advised to make their own data backups.
GoHost assumes no responsibility for any business damages caused by temporary, partial, or total service outages.
.mk Domain Registration Policy
Way Global ITS DOO is an authorized registrar by MARnet for registering, renewing, and transferring domains.
We handle the registration of the following:

.edu.mk — available to educational and research institutions, foreign educational organizations with authorization.

.org.mk — available to non-profit organizations, citizen associations, foundations, political parties, trade unions, public healthcare institutions, funds, and others, including foreign non-profits authorized by law or international agreement.
